脐疗治疗恶性肿瘤化疗后气阴两虚型恶心呕吐的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 研究脐疗治疗恶性肿瘤化疗后气阴两虚型恶心、呕吐的临床效果.方法 将2013年1～12月河北省廊坊市人民医院50例恶性肿瘤化疗后出现恶心、呕吐、证属气阴两虚的患者随机分成西药组（n=25）和脐疗组（n=25）.西药组使用止呕、抑酸、保肝常规治疗,脐疗组在西药治疗的基础上,加用中药贴脐.观察两组患者的恶心、呕吐情况.结果 脐疗组在化疗第3、7天治疗恶心、呕吐的总有效率（88.0％、96.0％）均高于西药组（64.0％、80.0％）,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 脐疗联合西药治疗恶性肿瘤化疗后气阴两虚型恶心、呕吐的临床效果好于西药组.Objective To estimate clinical efficiency of Fuqi Therapy for nausea and vomit with deficiency of both qi and yin by malignant tumor chemotherapy. Methods 50 patients from January to December in 2013 in the Langfang People′s Hospital of Hebei Province were divided into two groups： the western medicine group（WMG, n = 25） and the Fuqi Therapy group（FTG, n = 25）. All the patients were received western medicine treatment. The patients in the FTG were added Fuqi Therapy. The symptoms of nausea and vomiting were observed. Results The clinical curative effect for treating nausea and vomit of the FTG（88.0%, 96.0%） were higher than the WMG（64.0%, 80.0%） during the 3rd and7 th of chemotherapy cycle with significant differences（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficiency of the FTG is better than the WMG in treating nausea and vomit with deficiency of both qi and yin by malignant tumor chemotherapy.
