麝香保心丸对糖尿病大鼠周围神经病变的治疗作用

摘　　要：目的观察麝香保心丸对糖尿病周围神经病变大鼠的治疗效果,探讨其作用机理。方法取SD大鼠20只,采用手术方法制成糖尿病周围神经病变动物模型。术后用麝香保心丸进行药物治疗,治疗6 w后进行电生理检测及免荧光染色。另取20只糖尿病大鼠用安慰剂治疗做对照。结果处理组与对照组相比,结果 P﹤0.05差异有统计学意义。结论麝香保心丸对糖尿病周围神经病变大鼠有治疗作用。Objective To study the effect and mechanism of Shexiangbaoxinwan capsule on rats with DM（ diabetes mellitus）.Methods The analysis included 20 rats in drug treatment group and 20 in placebo group. For the drug treatment group,totally 20 SD rats were chosen,with which the models of DPN（ diabeticperipheral neuropathy） were made by operations. After the operations,the models were treated with Shexiangbaoxinwan capsule. In 6 weeks＇ time,electrophysiology examination and fluorescent staining were detected. Results Compared with placebo group,the test results proved to be significantly better in drug treatment group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Shexiangbaoxinwan capsule has a distinct effect on the treatment of rats with DM.
