摘 要:目的研究规范院前急救流程对提高院前急救质量的临床效果。方法选取我科2012年7月至2014年开始实施院前急救流程规范管理后7 364次院前急救案例为研究对象(观察组),对比2010年至2012年6月7 944次院前急救案例(对照组),比较两组抢救成功率,医疗纠纷发生率及家属与患者的满意度。结果院前急救流程规范管理后抢救成功率为95.08%,显著高于对照组92.66%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),医疗纠纷发生率观察组为1.68%,显著低于对照组3.32%,家属及患者满意度观察组高于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论规范院前急救流程可显著提高院前急救质量,提高抢救成功率,降低医疗纠纷发生率。Objective To study the clinical value of standardizing the pre- hospital first aid process to improve the quality of pre- hospital first aid. Methods By selecting 7 364 Cases of pre- hospital first aid since standardization of pre- hospital emergency care in our department was implemented during July 2012 - 2014 as the object of study( the observation group),and taking 7 944 cases during 2010 - June,2012 as the control group. Comparison was made between the two groups in terms of success rate of rescue,medical disputes,satisfaction rate of patients and their family members. Results After the standardization of pre- hospital emergency process,the rescue success rate was 95. 08%,which was significantly higher than that 92. 66% of the control group; difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05),the incidence of medical disputes in the observation group was 1. 68%,which was significantly lower than that of control group( 3. 32%),satisfaction rate of the families and patients in the observation group was higher than that in control group,and there was statistically significant difference( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The standardization of pre- hospital first aid process can significantly improve the quality of pre- hospital care,improve the success rate and reduce the incidence of medical disputes.
