摘　　要：目的探讨辽宁省农村地区育龄妇女服用左炔诺孕酮进行紧急避孕的情况和效果。方法选取1588例口服左炔诺孕酮紧急避孕的育龄妇女作为研究对象,调查其使用原因、副反应、避孕有效率和月经恢复等情况。结果紧急避孕的最主要原因是使用避孕套失败,共756例(47.6%),出现副反应861例(29.0%),有效率为94.16%,准时恢复月经1050例(66.1%)。结论服用左炔诺孕酮虽然是一种有效的紧急避孕方法 ,但仍需加强育龄人群采取常规避孕措施的意识。objective To explore the situation and the effect of emergency contraception by taking levonorgestre in rural women of reproductive age in Liaoning province. Methods 1588 women of reproductive age used levonorgestre were selected as research object.The using reason,adverse reaction,contraception efficiency and menstruation recovery of women of reproductive age used levonorgestre was observed. Results The main reason for emergency contraception was the use of condoms failed,there was 756 cases（47.6%）.There was 861 cases（29%） with adverse reaction,the effective rate of emergency contraception was 94.16%,the recovery of menstruation on time in 1050 cases（66.1%）.There was1050 cases（66.1%） recovered menstruation on time. Conclusion Taking levonorgestre is effective for emergency contraception,but still need to strengthen the consciousness to take normal contraception measures among the reproductive population.
