补肾填精活血方治疗骨质疏松症的效果及对β-胶原降解产物的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨补肾填精活血方治疗骨质疏松症(OP)的效果及对β-胶原降解产物的影响。方法选取132例OP患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组。对照组采用维生素D、碳酸钙D3及骨化三醇胶丸治疗,研究组采用补肾填精活血方治疗,比较两组的治疗效果及β-胶原降解产物指标。结果研究组的总有效率为96.97%,显著高于对照组的81.81%(P<0.05)。研究组的β-胶原降解产物指标显著低于对照组及治疗前(P<0.05)。结论补肾填精活血方可以有效强化骨密度,改善临床症状,对β-胶原降解产物亦有显著的降解作用,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of Bushen Tianjing Huoxue formula on patients with osteoporosis（OP） and influence on β-collagen degradation products. Methods 132 cases of OP were selected and randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The control group was treated with vitamin D,calcium carbonate D3 and calcitriol soft capsules,the study group was treated with Bushen Tianjing Huoxue formula.The total effective rate and the index of β-collagen degradation products in two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in the study group was96.97%,which was significantly higher than 81.81% in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The index of β-collagen degradation products in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group and before treatment,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bushen Tianjing Huoxue formula can effectively enhance the bone density,improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the concentration of β-collagen degradation products.It is safe and reliable,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
