摘　　要：目的探讨手术室优质护理对急诊异位妊娠手术患者生理、心理的影响。方法选取2012年6月~2014年6月本院收治的94例急诊异位妊娠手术患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各47例。研究组给予手术室优质护理服务,对照组给予常规护理服务。比较对两组的生理、心理指标。结果研究组麻醉前的SAS评分显著低于对照组麻醉前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。研究组麻醉前的收缩压、心率显著低于对照组麻醉前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论手术室优质护理能够有效改善急诊异位妊娠手术患者的焦虑症状,同时降低患者的生理应激,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the influence of high quality nursing in operating room on physiology and psychology of patient with emergent ectopic gestation operation. Methods 94 patients undergone emergent ectopic gestation operation from June 2012 to June 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the research group and the control group,47 cases in each group.The research group was given high quality nursing in operating room,the control group was only given conventional nursing service.The physiological and psychological indexes in two groups was compared. Results The SAS score in the research group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.Systolic pressure and heart rate before anesthetization in the research group was lower than that in the control group before anesthetization,with significant difference（P〈0.01）. Conclusion High quality nursing in operating room can effectively improve anxiety symptom of patient with emergent ectopic gestation operation,alleviate patient′s physiological stress,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
