摘　　要：目的:研究开发处方点评软件系统,为开展处方点评工作提供技术支持。方法:基于医院信息数据库,开发门诊处方用药点评、住院病历用药点评、住院输液医嘱审核、清洁手术抗菌药物预防用药自动评价及医疗机构合理用药指标软件模块。结果:处方点评软件应用简便,信息全面,提高了处方点评的工作效率,促进合理用药,持续改进了医疗质量。结论:处方点评软件值得应用。Objietive：To develop a software system which provide technical support to carry out the prescription evaluation.Methods： Software module was developed with a basis of hospital information database,which includes outpatient prescription comment module, inpatien! medieal records comment module, inpatient infusion medical order audit module, prophylactic use of antimicrohial agents in clean incision operations automatic evahnation module and rational use of drugs of medical institutions module. Results： Prescription evahmtion software system application is simple and comprehensive, and it improves the work efficiency of the prescription eomment, promotes the rational use of drugs,improves medical quality continuously. Conclusions：Prescription review software worth application.
