浅析网络恐怖主义

摘　　要：针对网络恐怖主义的概念和特征、网络恐怖分子与黑客的区分、对国际关系的影响等方面进行了初步的分析,同时提出了一些防范对策。随着信息网络的发展,恐怖主义由物理空间向虚拟空间延伸,网络恐怖主义成为恐怖主义新的发展形态。The concept and characteristics of cyber-terrorism, distinctions between cyber-terrorists and hack- ers,influences on the international relations were analyzed in this article,meanwhile some countermeasures to prevent of the cyber-terrorism were put forward. Along the information network development,the terrorism ex- tends from the physical space to the cyber-space,the cyber-terrorism is becoming the terrorism＇s recent new development shape.
