摘　　要：阐述了中国的食品安全报道与舆论监督的现状,分析其成因,并提出相关策略与建议。食品安全关乎人民群众的切身利益,媒体作为舆论引导的主体发挥着重要作用,而近年来频发的食品安全事件更是检验着媒体的责任感和专业化水平。It focused on the status of food security reports and public opinion in China ,and analyzed its reasons and some scientific and rational strategies and recommendations were given. Food safety concerns the vital in- terests of the people, as the public body, the media should play an important role. In recent years, the frequent food safety incidents will test the level of responsibility and professionalism of media.
