摘　　要：通过资料研究,安徽省立第三民众教育馆设立在淮北乡基本施教区,主要开展了改善民众生计、推广文字教育、改进乡村卫生和改良乡村政治四项工作,促进了当地的进步和发展,产生了积极的社会影响,但它不可能从根本上挽救皖北农村和农民的教育。Huaibei township basic experimentation area was established by Anhui Third Public Education Mu- seum mainly which carried on improvement of people＇s livelihood ,promotion of literacy education ,reform of ru- ral health and politics,promoted the development of the area and produced positive social effects,but it may not save the education in the rural areas and farmers fundamentally.
