摘　　要：首先分析了镇江市精细化学工业的现状;其次,阐述了创新效率的评价思路;再次,分析了精细化工产业的创新综合效率和要素效率,并在此基础上分析了创新效率不足的可能原因;最后,提出了镇江精细化工产业创新发展的宏观思路及微观对策。First of all, current situation of fine chemical industry in Zhenjiang city was analyzed; secondly, the innovation efficiency evaluation ideas were expounded; thirdly, the comprehensive innovation efficiency and elements efficiency of fine chemical industry was analyzed, and based on the analysis, the possible causes of insufficient innovation efficiency were obtained; finally, the macroscopic thinking of Zhenjiang fine chemical industry innovation development and micro countermeasures were put forward.
