摘　　要：竞争性选拔干部作为干部人事制度改革的重要成果,历经探索、实践、优化,已经成为干部选拔任用的重要方式之一。随着社会主义民主政治进程的推进和改革的深化,人民群众对干部工作民主化、科学化、规范化的要求越来越高。因此,不断深化对竞争性选拔干部工作的研究,提出有针对性的完善措施,切实增强干部工作的科学性,显得尤为重要。Competitive cadre selection is an important achievement of the reform of the cadre and personnel system. Through exploration, practice and optimization, it has become one of the important ways of cadre selection and appointment. With the advancement of socialist democratic politics and the deepening of reform, the masses are putting higher requirements for democratic, scientific and standardized cadre work. Therefore, it is particularly important to deepen the study of competitive cadre selection work and put forward improvement measures to strengthen the scientificity of cadre work.
