摘　　要：一直以来,库存管理就是建筑供应链管理的重难点问题。本文基于CPFR理论研究了建筑供应链库存控制模式与优化方法,并得出了最终结论。For a long time, inventory management is the difficult point of the supply chain management of construction. Based on the theory of CPFR, this paper studies the inventory control models and optimization methods of construction supply chain and gets the final conclusion.
