摘　　要：对专业镇转型升级的理论进行梳理,并在简要阐述广东专业镇智力支撑建设的现状、优势及不足的基础上,对专业镇转型升级专家服务团队的组建思路、组建机制、管理机制以及服务模式进行研究,为创新我省专业镇智力支撑工作,进一步推进专业镇转型升级提供参考意见。Based on theoretical analysis on the way to upgrade professional town and the brief description of the status, strengths and weaknesses of professional towns＇ intelligence support construction in Guangdong, this paper studies the formation ideas, the formation mechanism, the management and service delivery model of the expert team of professional towns, in order to innovate the intellectual support work of our province and to provide a reference to upgrade professional town further.
