Effect of Chemical De-topping on Early Maturing Upland Cotton(Gossypium hirsutum) in Northern Xinjiang

摘  要:为了筛选适合北疆早熟陆地棉化学打顶的试剂类型及处理组合方式,以自选育的对植物生长调节剂敏感的陆地棉(代号为589)为材料,开展化学打顶与人工打顶、不打顶的田间对比试验,比较不同类型植物生长调节剂、不同打顶方式对其农艺性状、产量性状及品质的影响。结果表明:在采用不同类型的植物生长调节剂进行化学打顶处理后,株高、始节高能够满足机械化采收的需求;果枝数、产量、衣分、马克隆值、强度与不打顶处理相比呈增长趋势,而对绒长则具有抑制作用。采用150g/hm2缩节胺在7月8日、7月15日进行2次化控,或者利用0.4g/L氟节胺在7月8日进行一次化控效果最佳。In order to screen the best de-topping chemicals and application methods in early maturing upland cotton in Northern Xinjiang,the field experiment of chemical de-topping and manual de-topping were carried out with self-bred cotton 589 as material.Effect of different de-topping methods on the agronomic characters,yield,and quality were compared.The result showed that the plants de-topped by chemical were taller than those de-topped by manual.Compared with the control,the first section height and plant height in the chemical de-topping treatments were suitable for mechanized harvesting,and chemical de-topping resulted in increase tendency of fruit branches per plant,yield and lint percentage,but inhibited elongation of staple.In conclusion,double-spraying 150g/hm^2 DPC on July 8th and 15 th,or single spraying 0.4g/L flumetralin on July 8th was most effective compared with other treatments,which provided technical support for further study and application of chemical de-topping.
