摘 要:以‘津优35’黄瓜为试材,无色膜覆盖为对照(CK),研究不同颜色棚膜对夏秋季黄瓜生长、光合作用、产量和品质的影响。结果表明:紫色膜处理的黄瓜光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)和胞间CO2体积分数(Ci)与CK差异不显著,蒸腾速率(Tr)明显高于CK;红色、蓝色和绿色膜处理的Pn和Gs均显著低于CK,Ci和Tr低于CK或与CK差异不显著。红、紫色膜处理的发病率和病情指数与CK差异不显著,蓝、绿膜处理的明显高于CK。红色和紫色膜处理的株高、茎粗、叶面积等与CK相比无显著差异,而蓝色和绿色膜处理的明显小于CK;黄瓜产量以无色和紫色膜处理的最高。红膜处理可促进黄瓜糖的合成与积累,而蓝膜处理可提高其蛋白质和维生素C质量分数。With cucumber variety‘Jinyou 35'as material,colourless plastic film as CK,the effect of colore plastic films on growth,photosynthesis,yield and quality of summer-autumn cucumber(Cucumis sativus L.)in plastic greenhouse were studied.The results showed that no significant differences were found in photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs)and intercellular CO2 volumic fraction(Ci)by violet film treatment with its control,but the transpiration rate(Tr)was markedly higher than that of the control.The treatment of red,blue and green plastic films obviously decreased Pnand Gscompared with the control,and the Ciand Tr were lower than the control or significantly differenct with the control.No differences were found in disease incidence and disease index of downy mildew among red,violet treatment and the control,however,the noticeable increase in disease incidence and disease index were observed in blue and green treatment compared with the control.Red and violet film treatments had no effect on plant height,stem diameter,leaf area et al.and showed similar values to the control.However,blue and green film treatment plants grew more slowly than the control.The colourless and violet plasctic film treatments procuded hightest yield of cucumber a-mong the treatments.Red film treatment improved sugar composition and accumulation,while blue film treatment increased the mass fraction of protein and vitamin C.
