摘  要:为了探明长期施用有机肥对旱地土壤酶活性的影响,为旱地土壤改良技术体系的建立提供依据。在宁南旱区进行3a有机肥定位施用试验,设置3个有机肥施用量水平:30 000kg/hm^2(L)、60 000kg/hm^2(M)和90 000kg/hm^2(G),以不施有机肥作为对照(CK)。结果表明,长期施用有机肥对0~20cm土层土壤脲酶、磷酸酶、蔗糖酶影响较为显著,特别是高量有机肥处理,3a较对照平均提高幅度分别为127.7%、26.1%和19.5%;各有机肥处理0~20cm土层土壤脲酶、磷酸酶活性大小顺序基本为G≥M〉L≥CK,G和M处理效果最显著,3a较对照分别提高(P〈0.05)32.5%~197.2%和16.7%~34.8%;各有机肥处理过氧化氢酶变化规律不明显,基本维持在8.07~9.48U4。说明,旱地施有机肥对提高一些土壤酶活性有显著效果。Effect of long-term organic fertilization on soil enzyme activity in arid area was studied in the paper,so as to provide technical system for soil improvement in semi-arid areas of southern Ningxia.The experiment of long-term located organic fertilization had been done in arid area of Ningnan for3 years.With unorganic fertilization as CK,3different treatments of organic fertilizer application(G:90 000kg/hm^2,M:60 000kg/hm^2 and L:30 000kg/hm^2),the result showed that urease,phosphatase and invertase activities under G treatment more significantly increased than CK in 0-20 cm soil layer,the average increase of three years were 127.7%,26.1% and 19.5%,respectively.The order of urease,phosphatase in 0-20 cm soil layer is:G≥M〉L≥CK,and G and M treatments had the most significant effects compared with CK,the increasing range of the two fertilization treatments were 32.5%-197.2% and 16.7%-34.8%,respectively,while there were no obviously changes in catalase activity with different organic fertilization treatments,the contents were mostly between 8.07 and 9.48U4.In conclusion,application of organic fertilizer in semi-arid areas plays an active role in improving some enzyme activities significantly.
