摘　　要：通过对新疆牧区水利事业各发展阶段的主要特征和建设现状的分析,总结了新疆牧区水利事业发展的主要经验和做法,在此基础上提出存在的主要问题,并就如何有效促进新疆牧区水利事业的发展进行了思考,提出要切实增加牧区节水灌溉饲草料地建设的投入,完善草原管理体系,发展高标准饲草料地。A summary is made on the experience and practice of waterworks construction in pasturing areas of Xinjiang based on analysis of main features of development stages and present situation of waterworks construction. Suggestions on how to effectively promote water development in the area are raised regarding to the existed problems, including increasing input for growing forage grass with water-saving irrigation measures, perfecting grass management system and developing high-standard plantation field of forage grass.
