摘　　要：自来水公司以自检为主的水质检测体系的公正性、水质信息的真实性往往会受到质疑,第三方检测机构参与饮用水水质检测,可以提高公信力。通过具体事例论述了水文水质检测机构更具备第三方公正检测的条件和能力,可以在饮用水安全保障方面起到第三方公正作用。Questions are often raised concerning the impartiality of detection and monitoring made by water companies and authenticity of water quality information. If a third party participates in the monitoring of drinking water quality, credibility and public trust may be greatly enhanced. With illustration of specific cases, it approves that hydrological institutions have abilities to take the job of the third party impartial detection and can play the role of safeguarding drinking water quality.
