摘  要:介绍了一种新型主副一体式低重心、轻量化车架结构,运用Pro/E软件建立起新旧车架总成的三维模型。根据车辆实际受力情况,设置相应的载荷和边界条件,建立起车架基于HYPERMES的有限元模型,计算了4种典型工况下车架的应力并进行了车架的固有模态特性分析。结果表明:该新车架较原车架有更好的静态强度和动态特性,且新车架质量减少了6.5%,重心下降了14.4%。A new major-auxiliary-integral frame structure was introduced, which had low gravity center and lightweight. The3 D model of the frame was then built by Pro/E. The loads and boundary conditions were set according to the actual load condition, then the finite element model of the heavy dump-truck frame based on HYPERMES was built. The stress under four typical operating conditions was analyzed and the eigenvibration modal was calculated. The result shows that the new frame has more reasonable static strength and dynamic performance, which also reduces weight by 6.5% and center of gravity by 14.4%.
