摘  要:以某型号的涡轮增压器转子系统为研究对象,通过对转子系统的模态分析,研究了旋转预应力和陀螺效应对高速旋转转子系统固有特性的影响。根据仅考虑预应力条件下计算的固有频率和同时考虑预应力与陀螺效应影响所计算的固有频率,分别绘制出两种不同工况下的Campbell图,由此求得转子系统的临界转速。A certain turbocharger rotor system was selected as the research object. The influence of rotating prestress and gyroscopic effect on the inherent characteristics of high-speed rotor system was studied by modal analysis.Campbell diagrams under two different conditions were depicted respectively according to two kinds of natural frequency calculations when prestress was considered only and prestress and gyroscopic effects were considered simultaneously.Finally, two critical speeds of the rotor system were obtained.
