多功能清障救援车的研究与开发

摘　　要：根据道路交通事故清障救援需求,设计了专业起复装置,改进了吊臂起吊功能,研制开发出集起复、起吊、拖曳、撑涨、破拆、消防于一体的多功能清障救援车。同时,为确保清障救援过程的安全性,多功能清障救援车配备吊臂超载预警系统、GPS调度系统等多种电子辅助装置。试验结果表明:多功能清障救援车可靠性等指标符合相关标准规定,可单车完成各项清障救援工作,有效降低救援成本,提高救援效率。The professional equipment for rollover righting was designed according to the demands of tow and recovery in traffic accident rescue, in which the boom was redesigned for better lifting. Then, a novel multifunctional wrecker was developed to finish multiple tasks such as vehicle rollover righting, lifting, towing, spreading, cutting, and firefighting. Moreover,electronic aided systems were equipped in order to ensure the safety of tow and recovery such as warning system to prevent boom from overloading and GPS scheduling system. The results show that the reliability of the multifunctional wrecker conforms to the related standards, and the wrecker deals with the tow and recovery by itself, reducing rescue cost effectively and improving the rescue efficiency greatly.
