基于Pro/E的消失面产品造型方法研究

摘　　要：流畅的曲面外形成为现代产品设计的发展趋势。消失面作为一种独特的曲面形态,在产品造型设计中得到广泛应用;通过对典型消失面的结构和类型分析,阐述了基于Pro/E的消失面造型方法与规律;结合实例对4种典型消失面造型方法进行了应用,归纳了Pro/E下参数化的消失面处理技术;为消失面的人机工学应用提供一定的参考,丰富了CAD环境下的曲面造型手段,以提升设计师的造型能力和效率。The shape with smooth surface has become the development trend for modern product design, as a unique surface morphology, disappear surface has been used more and more widely in product modeling design. Through analyzing the typical sturcture and classification, this paper described the modeling methods and rules of disappear surface based on Pro/E. Combined with cases, the application of the four kinds of typical disappear surface modeling method was discussed, the dealing skills of parameterized disapear surface based on Pro/E were concluded. The study provides references for disappear surface ergonomics application, enriches surface modeling means in CAD environment, and enhances designer′ modeling capability and efficiency.
