摘 要:利用建鲤和彩鲫正反交获得了鲤鲫F1(彩鲫♀×建鲤♂)和鲫鲤F1(建鲤♀×彩鲫♂)两个杂交群体,将两个杂交群体各分为两组,分别在室内水族箱和室外池塘中饲养6个月后,通过显微镜对鳞片黑色素细胞的数量进行统计,利用丙酮抽提液对鳞片红色素细胞的吸光值进行测定。结果发现,鲤鲫F1的红色素细胞吸光值与彩鲫接近(P>0.05),黑色素细胞数值极显著低于建鲤(P<0.01);鲫鲤F1红色素细胞吸光值极显著低于彩鲫(P<0.01),黑色素细胞值显著低于建鲤(P<0.05)。The number of melanocytes on a scale was counted under a microscope and OD(optical density)values of erythrophores on a scale were detected by acetone extract in hybrids F1 of reciprocal hybridization of colored crucian carp Carassius auratus and Jian common carp Cyprinus carpio var.Jian reared in indoor aquaria and earthern ponds for 6months.The results showed that the OD value of erythrophores in the hybrids(C.auratus♀×C.carpio var.Jian♂)was found similar to that of the colored crucian carp(P〉0.05),and the hybrids(C.auratus♀×C.carpio var.Jian ♂)had significantly less numbers of melanocytes than Jian common carp(P〈 0.01).There was significantly lower OD values of erythrophores in the hybrids(C.carpio var.Jian♀×C.auratus♂)than in the colored crucian carp(P 0.01)and in Jian common carp(P〈0.05).
