摘　　要：为了确保高速公路的运营安全,分析了江苏省冬季气候特征,依据冬季气温状况划分了三个除冰雪对策区域。在分析南京冬季气候特征和冰雪特征基础上,制定了高速公路分级除冰雪的对策,根据南京冬季冰雪天气预报情况对路面结冰状态的影响,夜间是防冰除冰的关键时段。需要采取相应的对策措施除冰雪,以保证安全。To ensure operation safety on highway, the features of winter climate in Jiangsu Province were analyzed to the extent that three control areas of snow and ice removal were divided according to the temperature conditions. Based on the analysis of winter climate and snow-ice features in Nanjing, the countermeasures for snow and ice removal in steps on highway were set out that, according to the weather forecast in winter in Nanjing and the influence of snow and ice weather on the icing state on pavement, night time is the key phase for ice prevention and removal. It is required to take control measures to remove snow and ice for the sake of the safety.
