摘　　要：本文介绍一台二氧化碳吸收塔内壁腐蚀状况,分析腐蚀原因是由于CO2气体压力较高,在一定温度下腐蚀生成物附着力差,塔体内壁保护膜损坏,塔体内壁局部未被MDEA溶液覆盖而引起的酸性腐蚀,提出腐蚀防护的几点建议。This article describes inner surface corrosion of a CO2 absorption tower, analyzes corrosion reason and comes to the conclusion that the corrosion is caused by high CO2 gas pressure, poor corrosion product adhesive force at a certain temperature, protective film damage, part of inner surface area of the tower cannot be covered by MDEA solution. It proposes some solutions for preventing corrosion of the tower.
