摘 要:针织行业实现转型升级是发展的必然趋势,具备先进制造的针织装备是关键,本文从针织装备智能化、针织装备网络化、针织生产连续化三方面分析了面向先进制造的针织装备技术。装备智能化实现单台装备智能控制,装备网络化对多台装备进行群控,生产连续化将多道针织工序串联成智能化生产线,最后提出未来针织装备要注重"点、群、线"创新与发展。It is an inevitable trend for the knitting industry to realize transformation and upgrading, while advanced knitting equipment play important part in this process. This paper analyzes advanced manufacturing-oriented knitting equipment and technology from three aspects, i.e. intelligent knitting equipment, networked knitting equipment and continuous knitting production. Intelligent knitting equipment can realize intelligent control of single machine, network knitting equipment can achieve group control of multiple machines, while continuous knitting production can connect different knitting processes into an intelligent production line. Finally, this paper points out that future knitting equipment should play emphasis on the innovation and development in terms of "point, group and line".
