摘　　要：采用低温精练剂TANNEX?BE,配以氧漂活化剂TANEDE?GREEN对棉筒子纱进行70℃低温前处理。优化的工艺参数为:27.5%H2O24 m L/L,TANNEX?BE 0.5 m L/L,TANEDE?GREEN 0.9 m L/L,70℃处理50 min。处理后纱线白度为80.56%,毛效11.8 cm/30 min,纱线强力301.84 c N,能够满足后续染色加工的要求。Low-temperature pretreatment of cotton cheese is carried out at 70℃ with low-temperature scouring agent TANNEX^BE and peroxide bleaching activator TANEDE GREEN. The scouring and bleaching process is optimized as： 27.5% H202 4 mL/L, TANNEXBE 0.5 mL/L, TANEDEGREEN 0.9 mL/L, and treating at 70 ℃ for 50 min. The treated cotton yarn features good performance with whiteness of 80.56%, the capillary effect of ] 1.8 cm/30 min and break strength of 301.84 cN, which can meet the requirements of dyeing.
