摘 要:SF6开关因为sF6优良的绝缘性和稳定性近年来得到了快速推广应用,已经全面取代原来的油开关。但以SF6作保护气一个最重要的前提是,SF6须非常的干燥,否则可能会引发严重的生产事故。由于开关柜密封的原因,SF6和空气中的水分是不断相互渗透的。为保证安全,必须经常地对SF6中的微水含量进行检测.传统的做法是,定期对SF6进行采样分析。这种做法不仅SF6消耗大,工作量大,更重要的是不能及时发现问题。我们使用电容类湿敏元件做传感器,设计开发出在线的SF6微水含量分析系统,以实时地对开关柜中的SF6的工况进行监控,并能较准确地反映出SF6的露点、含水量、密度、压力及温度等参数,一经发现,及时报警,将事故消灭于萌芽中。Famous for its good insulation and stability, SF6 Gas Insulation Switch is widely and rapidly applied these years, fi.dly in replace of original oil switch.
