摘　　要：本文给出两种检测小振动位移的方法,其中光拍振幅窄带检测小位移灵敏度达5.2×10^(-4)nm(振动频率2kHz),且从噪声谱测试角度比较了振幅检测法与相位检测法。Two methods for measuring small vibration displacement are reported. The sensitivity of small displacement of optical heterodyne amplitude narrow band de ection reaches 5.2×10-4nm(2 kHz signal).The amplitude detection method is comparedwith the phase detection method by measuring noise spectrum.
