教材工作发展趋势之我见

摘　　要：随着社会主义市场经济的不断完善和我国加入WTO,高等教育作为一种产业,终将融入市场经济的大潮,参与市场竞争.作为人才摇篮的高校,都在苦练内功,并在竞争中不断发展自己.同时,客现形势对高校教材工作提出了严峻的挑战,教材工作的好坏直接影响着教学的效果与质量,乃至人才培养的质量.因此,我们应看清教材工作的发展趋势,使之适应改革和发展的形势,建立起一套适应市场经济的运行机制,并且大胆借鉴企业的经营管理经验,运用现代化的管理技术设备,不断提高工作效率,使我们的教材管理工作步入一个崭新的阶段.With the steady improvement in the socialist market economy and China's imminent entry into WTO, higher education, as an industry, will inevitably be involved in the trend of market economy for oompetition. As a cradle of the country's talents, higher educational institutions are making every endeavour so as to improve them-selves in the competition. Apparently, this situation presents a challenge to the teaching- material - construction work, which exerts a direct influence upon the result and quality of teaching and even the quality of studente. Therefore, it is necessary that we know how to do the work and adapt it to the present situation of reform and de-velopment, and that we should establish an operating mechanism applicable to the market economy. We should learn from the experience in enterprise management, making use of the modem equipments in management technol-ogy. In one word, we should endeavour to improve the work efficiency and push forward the teaching-material -construction work to a new stage.
