摘 要:通过盆栽试验,研究施硒对3个花生品种营养生长、生理特性及品质的影响。结果表明:土壤基施硒3 mg/kg,花育25、山花7号和山花8号在开花下针期主茎高、分枝数、根干重、叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素a+b都高于对照,而类胡萝卜素、叶绿素a/b都低于对照;结荚期叶片SOD、POD、CAT活性,可溶性蛋白含量均显著高于对照。因此,土壤施硒有利于花生植株生理代谢,促进植株生长发育。The effects of applying selenium on vegetative growth,physiological characteristics and quality of three peanut varieties,Huayu 25,Shanhua 7 and Shanhua 8,were studied through pot experiment. The results showed that basal application of 3 mg / kg selenium,the main stem height,branch number,root dry weight,chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and chlorophyll a + b of three peanut varieties were all higher than those of control during flowering and pegging stage,while the carotenoids,chlorophyll a / b were lower than those of control; the SOD,POD,CAT activities and soluble protein content in leaves of three peanut varieties were significantly higher than those of control at pot- setting stage. Therefore,applying selenium was conducive to physiological metabolism,growth and development of peanut.
