摘　　要：针对鲁插1号存在扦插成活率不稳定的问题,本研究通过不同催根时间、不同物候期扦插2因素试验,探索影响扦插成活率的主因素。结果表明,不同扦插时期对鲁插1号扦插成活率的影响差异不显著,以膨芽期最好;插穗采集时间对鲁插1号扦插成活率的影响差异显著,是影响扦插成活率的主因素,以休眠期末期至发芽前采集最为适宜。Aimed at the problem of instable cutting survival rate of Lucha 1,the main influence factors were studied through two- factor experiment of inducing root at different times and cutting at different phenological periods. The results showed that the effects of different cutting times on cutting survival rate were not significant,and bud swelling stage was the best. The acquisition time of cuttings had significant effects on cutting survival rate,which was the key influence factor,and late dormant period to before sprouting was the best.
