摘　　要：从经营者资格、雇工数量、经营规模等方面界定家庭农场的内涵,分析家庭农场与专业大户、雇工农场、合作社及农业企业的属性区别。土地流转多元化、农村剩余劳动力转移、新型职业农民发展、农村社会化服务体系完善、政策扶持力度加大是家庭农场发展的动力因素。阐述家庭农场发展的现状规模,总结国内外家庭农场发展的经验与启示,提出家庭农场发展的对策建议。The connotation of family farm was defined from operator qualification,number of employees and operation scale,and then the property differences between family farm and professional large landlord,hired farm,cooperative and agricultural enterprises were analyzed. Diversified development of land circulation,transfer of rural surplus labor,development of new type professional farmers,improvement of rural social service system,increase of policy support were the driving factors for development of family farm. The developing scale and current situation of family farm were expounded,and the experience and enlightenment in domestic and overseas were summerized,then the countermeasures and proposals for its development were put forward.
