摘 要:研究不同生产工艺和流程生产的腐植酸钾对低温胁迫下红掌生理生化指标的影响。结果表明,叶面喷施腐植酸钾,可有效提高低温胁迫下植物体细胞内保护酶(SOD,CAT)的活性,并减少MDA的产生,而且可减弱植物在低温胁迫后蒸腾速率、气孔导度、净光合速率的降低程度。其中,内蒙古褐煤HNO3氧化后提取的腐植酸钾和干法腐植酸钾的作用最为明显;内蒙古褐煤HNO3氧化后提取的腐植酸钾和干法腐植酸钾可有效提高红掌的抗冷性。The effect of potassium humate (HA-K) produced by different technologies and processes on the physiological and bio- chemical indices of anthurium under low temperature stress was studied. The results showed that the foliar application of HA-K could ef- fectively increase the activity of protective enzymes (SOD, CAT) within plant cells under low temperature stress, and reduce the production of MDA, but could reduce the transpiration rate, the stomatal conductance degrees and net photosynthetic rate of the plant after low temperature stress. The effects of HA-K from Inner Mongolia lignite by oxidation with HNO3 and drying were the most significant, HA-K of Inner Mongolia lignite with HNO3 oxidation and drying could effectively improve the resistance to cold of anthurium.
