摘　　要：为配套刨煤机工作面成套装备,实现刨煤机工作面自动化采煤,基于系统集成的思想,研发了刨煤机工作面成套装备控制系统。分析了刨煤机工作面成套装备与刨煤工艺,针对斜切进刀和及时支护方式,开发了由顺槽集控平台、刨头监控子系统、刮板输送机监控子系统、支架监控子系统等构成的刨煤机工作面成套装备控制系统,实现了刨头启停、加减速、往复运行控制,推溜拉架的协调控制,喷雾、语音、启停闭锁、供电和泵站的联合控制。该系统通过南梁20302(1)工作面的工业应用表明,可实现所有设备的集中监控和工作面全自动化刨煤,能减少每班人员、降低劳动强度、提高生产安全。In order to match the equipment set at plough work face and realizes the automatic mining of plough work face, develops the equipment set control system of plough work face. Analyzes the equipment and plough technique. For the oblique cut/cutter driving and timely support way, develops the equipment sets control system of plough work face that includes the shaft central control platform, plough head monitoring sub-system, scraper monitoring sub-system and the supports monitoring sub-system. This system can realizes the start/ stop of plough head part, accelerate/ reduce the speed, running back and forth control, coordinated control of push/pull car
