摘　　要：根据下引纸复卷机的工艺要求,对压纸辊的压力、纸幅的张力以及前后底辊的转矩(简称TNT)三者分别进行分析和设计,实现了复卷机工作过程中的稳定控制,提高了成品纸卷的质量。According to the technological requirements of rewinding machine, the three factors, such as press roller pressure, paper web tension, before and after bottom roll torque （TNT）, were analyzed and designed to realize rewinding stability control during working process and improve the quality of finished paper.
