摘　　要：结合AMF水平分型脱箱造型线,介绍了砂型铸造中铸件错型缺陷,分析了砂型铸造以及AMF水平分型脱箱造型线设备运行过程中对铸件错型的影响因素,重点介绍了AMF水平分型脱箱造型线技改措施。The casting shift defect of sand casting and analysis of the shift influencing factors on sand castings have been introduced combined with an AMF- Ⅲ 07R horizontal parting removable flask molding line, with details in some technical renovation measures for such a molding line.
