摘  要:从计算流体动力学出发,采用Fluent软件对双列燕尾槽端面流场进行了数值模拟,研究了密封端面主要结构参数,如槽深、燕尾燕身比、槽台比、槽数等对其最大压力、泄漏率、开启力及摩擦功率等的影响规律。结果表明,燕尾槽槽尾尖角处的锐利程度直接影响动压效应,决定密封效果;槽区比例越大,动压效果越好;迎风面尖角处的减压影响区与背风面尖角处的增压影响区的尖角效应相叠加,会削弱整体动压效应。Based on the theory of CFD, the Fluent software is used in numerical simulation of face flow field on two - row dovetail - shape groove dry gas seal. The effects of geometric structural parameters, such as groove depth, dovetail - body ratio, groove -table ratio and groove number were studied, and the result of maximum pressure, opening force,leakage rate and frictional power were obtained. The results of calculation indicate that the sharpness of dovetail groove trailing comer directly influences the hydrodynamic effect, and it decided the sealing effect. The larger proportion of the groove area , the better the hydrodynamic effect. The whole hydrodynamic effect is weakened with the windward side and the leeward side interact each other.
