自体表皮移植配合活血祛风颗粒治疗白癜风疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨自体表皮移植配合活血祛风颗粒治疗白癜风的临床疗效及作用机理。方法:将268例病例随机分为两组,142例自体表皮移植配合活血祛风颗粒者为治疗组,126例单纯进行自体表皮移植者为观察组,两组同时进行临床疗效观察。结果:治疗组治愈率、总有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),经Ridit分析:Z=2.108,P=0.036。结论:自体表皮移植配合活血祛风颗粒治疗白癜风方法简便、疗效显著。Objective： To study clinical effects of autologous skin graft plus the Huoxue Qufeng granule on vitiligo. Methods： 268 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group （142 cases） and the observation group （126 cases）. Clinical effects in two groups were observed at the same time. Results： The total efficacy in the treatment was higher than the control （P〈0.05）; for an analysis of Ridit： Z = 2.108, P = 0.036. Conclusion： Auto logous skin graft plus the Huoxue Qufeng granule shows obvious effects on vitiligo.
