摘  要:应用采油采气工程技术和计算机SOA架构和B/S模式,成功研制了基于Web的"油气井生产系统优化设计与诊断决策"软件。该软件可对抽油机井、螺杆泵井、电潜泵井、气举采油井4种主体人工举升方式和小油管、连续气举、泡排3种排水采气方式进行优化设计,并具有辅助决策功能。通过在华北、冀东、大港、吉林4个油田近3 200井次(其中:抽油机井2 249口;螺杆泵井408口;电潜泵井439口;气举采油井52口;气井52口)应用与推广,结果表明:平均提高系统效率3.7%,诊断符合率92%;频繁检泵井平均延长检泵周期80 d;其辅助决策模块能大幅提高采油采气工程技术人员的工作效率和管理水平。An optimization design and diagnosis decision software of oil & gas well production system is developed based on oil and gas production engineering techniques,SOA(service-oriented architecture),B / S mode and Web. The optimization design and diagnosis of 4 kinds of major artificial lift oil wells including pumping rod oil wells,screw pump oil wells,electric submersible pump oil wells and gas lift oil wells,and 3 kinds of dewatering gas production wells including small tubing gas wells,continuous gas lift wells and foam flooding gas wells can be carried out by using the software,and the software has also auxiliary decision-making function. The software was applied to 3 200 well times(2 249 pumping rod oil wells,408 screw pump oil wells,439 electric submersible pump oil wells,52 gas lift oil wells and 52 gas wells) in Huabei,Jidong,Dagang and Jilin oilfields,the application results show that the system efficiency can be increased by 3. 7%,the diagnosis correction rate is 92%,and the repair cycle of pump can be prolonged 80 d. The auxiliary decision-making function of the software can greatly improve the work efficiency and the management level of oil and gas production technicians.
