原发性高血压病患者中医健康教育效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨原发性高血压病患者实施中医健康教育的效果。方法:对120例原发性高血压病患者,按入选号单双号随机分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组予常规降压药治疗护理,观察组在此基础上实施中医健康教育干预。由主管护士负责中医健康教育计划的制定,责任护士负责实施与效果评价,连续观察3个月后总评价。比较两组患者在疗效、遵医行为方面的变化情况。结果:两组患者在疗效和遵医行为方面比较差异均有统计学意义,均P<0.01或P<0.05。说明实施中医健康教育干预的观察组疗效优于常规降压药治疗护理的对照组。结论:中医健康教育干预能提高患者遵医行为,辅助降压效果,增强高血压病疗效。Objective： To investigate the effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） health education on patients with pri-mary hypertension. Methods： The 120 cases with essential hypertension were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 60 cases in each, according to their selected number. The control group received conventional anti-hypertensive drug treatment and care, while intervention of TCM health education was implemented in the observation group in addition to the treatment and care received in the control group. The competent nurses are responsible for formulating TCM health education plan. The primary nurses are responsible for the implementation and effect evaluation; they will give general comments after 3months of continuous observation. Treatment effect in blood pressure and changes of behavior of patients in compliance with doctors were compared. Results： The differences between the two groups of patients in treatment effect on blood pressure and compliance with doctors were statistically significant, they are either P〈0.01 or P〈0.05. This means the treatment effects of the control group in which TVM health education was implemented is better than that of the observation group in which only con-ventional anti-hypertensive drug treatment nursing was implemented. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） health edu-cation intervention can improve the behavior of patients in compliance with doctors, aid anti-hypertensive effect, and enhance the treatment effect of hypertension.
