壮骨1号方镇痛抗炎作用研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察壮骨1号方镇痛和抗炎作用。[方法]采用小鼠热板法和醋酸扭体法,观察壮骨1号方的镇痛作用;采用木瓜蛋白酶缓释剂法建立大鼠关节炎模型,观察壮骨1号方的抗炎作用。[结果]壮骨1号方3.08、1.54 g/kg剂量能明显延长热板所致的小鼠舔后足时间(60 min,19.78 s,P<0.05和20.56 s,P<0.01)、(90 min,20.67 s和20.56 s,P<0.05),显著减少小鼠扭体反应的次数(P<0.01);壮骨1号方各剂量能明显减少大鼠白细胞数和中性粒细胞数(P<0.01),降低大鼠关节周围软组织IL-6含量(P<0.01)、降低关节液IL-6和前列腺素E2(PGE2)含量(P<0.01)。[结论]壮骨1号方具有明显的镇痛和抗炎作用。[Objective] To observe the effects of Zhuanggu Yihao prescription in the analgesia and anti-inflammatory action. [Methods] Using the method of mouse hot plate and acetic acid writhing the analgesia of Zhuanggu Yihao prescription was observed; papain was in- jected into rat＇ s knee joints to establish the animal model of osteoarthritis and to observe the anti-inflammation by Zhuanggu Yihao pre- scription. [Results] The pain caused by the hot plate was significantly extended in Zhuanggu Yihao prescription of 3.08, 1.54g/kg dose group （60 rain,19.78 s, P〈0.05 and 20.56 s, P〈0.01）, （90 min, 20.67s and 20.56 s, P〈0.05）, and the number of writhing was reduced in Zhuanggu Yihao prescription of 3.08, 1.54g/kg dose group （P〈0.01）. Zhuanggu Yihao prescription could obviously reduce the leukocyte count and neutrophil count （P〈0.01）, and reduce the contents of IL-6 in the soft tissue homogenate （P〈0.01）and reduce the contents of IL- 6 and PGE2 in synovial fluid （P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Zhuanggu Yihao prescription has significant analgesia and anti-inflammatory effect.
