乳酸依沙吖啶溶液治疗湿性放射性皮炎的临床观察及护理

摘　　要：目的 观察乳酸依沙吖啶溶液治疗湿性放射性皮炎的临床疗效,总结护理经验.方法 选取2011年7月到2014年4月在我院首次接受放射治疗并发生湿性放射性皮肤损伤的42例头颈部肿瘤患者为研究对象,对所有患者用乳酸依沙吖啶溶液湿敷于皮损区30 min,每天2～3次,直到创面愈合.观察患者放射性皮炎愈合时间.结果 乳酸依沙吖啶溶液治疗湿性放射性皮炎的显效率为28.57％,总体有效率为100％.结论 乳酸依沙吖啶溶液湿敷治疗湿性放射性皮炎疗效确切,可减轻局部疼痛,且操作方便,价格低廉,值得临床推广使用.Objective To observe the clinical effects ofethacridine lactate in the treatment of wet radiodermatitis, and to summarize the nursing experience. Methods 42 cases of patients with head and neck neoplasm received first radiotherapy and happened wet radiodermatitis in our hospital from July 2011 to April 2014 were selected as research objects, ethacridine lactate was applied to the skin lesion of all patients for 30 min until the wound healed, 2 - 3 times every day. The dermatitis healing time of all patients was observed and recorded. Results The apparent effective rate of ethacridine lactate in the treatment of patients with wet radiodermatitis was 28.57%, and the total effective rate of ethacridine lactate in the treatment of patients with wet radiodermatitis was 100%. Conclusions Ethacridine lactate has curative effect in treating wet radiodermatitis resulted from the radioactive treatment, which relieves the local pain, is easy to operate, and deserves promotion in clinic.
