摘　　要：目的探讨淋巴细胞免疫疗法对早期复发性流产的临床治疗效果。方法选取2011年5月-2014年5月在妇产科进行治疗的早期复发性流产患者116例,其中试验组76例采用淋巴细胞主动免疫联合常规人绒毛膜促性腺激素（HCG）及黄体酮治疗;对照组40例单纯采用常规HCG及黄体酮治疗,分析比较两组患者的妊娠结局。结果试验组接受淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗后抗配偶淋巴细胞抗体（APLA）转阳率为91.19%;与对照组的妊娠成功率20.00%相比,试验组患者的妊娠成功率（72.97%）显著升高（P〈0.05）,且淋巴细胞免疫治疗对提高35岁以下的早期复发性自然流产患者妊娠成功率的效果更明显。结论淋巴细胞免疫治疗可明显提高妊娠成功率,对早期复发性流产患者治疗有较高的临床价值。Objective To investigate the effect of lymphocyte immunotherapy on pregnancy outcome in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion in early stage.Methods 116 patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion in early stage treated in our hospital from May 2011 to May 2014 were selected. 76 cases received lymphocyte active immune therapy combined with routine HCG, progesterone treatment, the other 40 patients received routine HCG and progesterone treatment. Pregnancy outcomes between the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results APLA seroconversion rate in test group received lymphocyte active immune therapy was 91.19%; Compared with pregnancy success rate of 20.00% in control group, the pregnancy rate of patients in test group was significantly increased up to 72.97%（P〈0.05）; success rate of pregnancy is more obviously improved in early recurrent spontaneous abortion patients〈35 year old after receiving lymphocyte immunotherapy.Conclusion Lymphocyte immune therapy can significantly improve the success rate of pregnancy, and possessed high clinical treatment value for early recurrent spontaneous abortion patients.
