温肾纳气、化痰祛瘀中药配方颗粒对COPD稳定期患者LTB4及肺功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨温肾纳气、化痰祛瘀中药配方颗粒对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者痰液中白三烯B4(LTB4)及肺功能的影响。方法:将68例COPD稳定期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各34例,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用温肾纳气、化痰祛瘀中药配方颗粒治疗,两组均以60 d为1个疗程,服药1个疗程,分别于治疗前后对两组进行LTB4测定。结果:两组治疗后LTB4水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),但治疗组LTB4的降低幅度明显大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后FEV1、FEV1/FVC均明显好转,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后比较,治疗组FEV1、FEV1/FVC及明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温肾纳气、化痰祛瘀中药配方颗粒能显著降低COPD稳定期患者痰液炎症细胞LTB4水平,改善患者肺功能。Objective： To observe the effects of the pellet formula of TCM for warming the kidney, resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis on LTB4 and lung function in stable COPD patients. Methods： The 68 patients with stable COPD were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 34 cases each. The control group was treated with conventional therapy, while the treatment group was given the pellet formula of TCM for warming the kidney, resolving phlegm and remov-ing blood stasis besides conventional therapy, both for 60 days. Then LTB4 was tested before and after the treatment. Results：The level of LTB4 in two groups both decreased after the treatment（P〈0.05）, and the effects of the treatment group is better than the control group（P〈0.05）. The content of FEV1 and FEV1/FVC both improved in two groups after the treatment（P〈0.05）.Compared with the control group, the content of FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in the treatment group is much higher（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The pellet formula of TCM for warming the kidney, resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis can decrease the level of LTB4 in stable COPD patients, and can improve the patients＇ lung function.
