右归丸加减联合激素替代疗法治疗肾阳虚型卵巢早衰30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察右归丸加减联合激素替代疗法治疗肾阳虚型卵巢早衰的临床疗效。方法:将60例肾阳虚型卵巢早衰患者随机分为中西医组和西医组各30例,中西医组采用右归丸加减联合激素替代疗法治疗,西医组采用单纯激素替代治疗。连续用药3个月后观察两组患者的中医临床症状,检测血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)水平,运用阴道超声对卵巢体积(OV)、卵巢动脉收缩期峰值流速(PSV)、阻力指数(RI)进行检测。结果:两组患者治疗后中医证候总积分,血清FSH、E2值,OV、PSV、RI值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组的总体疗效比较,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),且中西医组的总体疗效明显优于西医组。结论:右归丸加减联合激素替代治疗对肾阳虚型卵巢早衰患者的临床症状、血清激素水平、卵巢功能均有明显的改善作用,与西医组比较具有更明显的优势。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Yougui Bolus combined with hormone replacement therapy on premature ovarian failure（POF） patients of deficiency of kidney-yang. Methods： The 60 Patients were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases each. Chinese and western medicine group was treated with Yougui Bolus and artificial cycle therapy, while western medicine group was given artificial cycle therapy only. After three months of treatment, the clinical efficacy, serum E2,FSH levels and OV, PSV, RI levels were observed. Results： There were obvious differences between the two groups in the general integral of TCM symptoms, serum FSH, E2 levels, OV, PSV, RI levels（P〈0.05）. Compared with the western medicine group,the total therapeutic effects of Chinese and western medicine group was much better（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： Yougui Bolus combined with hormone replacement therapy can improve POF patients＇ clinical symptoms, serum hormone levels and ovarian function.Compared with the western medicine group, it has more advantages.
