摘　　要：目的探讨脑清片中毒患者的临床表现及治疗方法。方法对16例脑清片中毒患者的临床表现及治疗进行回顾性分析。结果 16例患者均有不同程度的脏器功能损伤,尤以消化道、肾脏、肝脏损伤为主。经积极抢救14例康复出院,1例患者救治无效死亡,1例患者病情好转,但脏器功能仍异常,因家庭原因自动出院。结论及早发现,及时到医院就诊,给予洗胃、补液排毒,保护脏器功能,必要时行血液灌流或连续性肾脏替代疗法(CRRT)可提高抢救成功率。Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations and treatment methods of patients with Naoqing tablets poisoning. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the clinical manifestations and treatment of 16 patients with Naoqing Tablets poisoning. Results Viscera function injury with different degree occurred in t6 patients, and that mainly included injury of digestive tract, kidney, and liver. After active rescue, there were 14 cured cases left the hospital, 1 death case due to ineffective rescue, and 1 improved case with abnormal viscera function leaving the hospital for domestic reason. Conclusion Timely discovery and treatment in hospital, active gastric lavage and rehydration detoxification, viscera function protection, and additional blood perfusion or continuous renal replacement therapy （CRRT） can increase the success rate of rescue.
