摘　　要：目的探讨三维产程导航监护仪替代传统手段对产褥感染的影响。方法 130例产妇按照自愿原则分为对照组和实验组,每组65例。对照组接受传统产程监测手段,实验组接受三维产程导航监护仪监测手段,比较两组临床指标和母婴感染情况。结果实验组各项临床指标同对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组产妇的舒适度显著优于对照组,组间比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三维产程导航监护仪替代传统手段可更好的提供客观数字化产程监护,减少产褥感染率,值得临床使用和广泛推广。Objective To explore the influence of three-dimensional labor stage navigation monitor substituting traditional measures on puerperal infection. Methods There were 130 puerperae as the study subjects, and they were divided into control group and experimental group with 65 cases in each group. The control group received traditional labor stage monitor, and the experimental group received three-dimensional labor stage navigation monitor. Comparisons were made on clinical indexes and maternal and child infection between the two groups. Results The experimental group had statistieally significant difference of clinical indexes from the control group （P〈0.05）. Puerperae in the experimental group had much better comfort level than the control group, and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Three-dimensional labor stage navigation monitor can provide good digital labor monitor in substituting traditional measures. It can reduce the incidence of puerperal infection, and is worth clinical application and wide promotion.
