摘　　要：糖尿病患者免疫力低下,易合并反复发作的尿路感染,抗菌药物的反复使用易导致细菌,产生多重耐药性,本文介绍了应用土茯苓汤辨证治疗糖尿病合并反复发作、多重耐药的尿路感染1例的临床经验体会。Diabetes patients was easy to merge recurrent urinary tract infections oweing to low immunity, at the same time, repeated usage of antimicrobial drugs easily lead to multi-drug resistant bacteria. This article introduce the experience for treating 1 case of diabetic with multidrug-resistant urinary tract infections with the Tu Fuling decoction.
